|After being stored in the factory refrigerator for
12-24 hours, the repacked products are moved directly to our delivery
center in trucks refrigerated to -25 ℃. In order to maintain the
highest quality, the final products are carried to another packaging
room(0℃) through the area called "dock shelter" without being exposed
to outside air and are immediately loaded into a large refrigerator.
When shipping the products, the selecting procedure is performed in
a low temperature room(average5℃)and the products are loaded into
refrigerator trucks, then delivered directly to each store.
||Based on the Standard Activated Sludge
Process, waste water generated in our food production processes is
monitored 24 hours/day by the persons in charge of waster water control.
In addition, we ask authorities from Kitazato Environmental Science
Center to check the density of waste water to ensure that the cleanliness
is within the levels of current regulations. Polluted air generated
from the influent tank, controlling tank, aeration tank and the setting
tank is sterilized and deodorized after passing through the ducts.
